Hi I have just brought a 04 TD4 & wish to change the fuel filter, it is well hidden, also strange cooling fin devise on top of radiator which seems connected to the fuel system? also how do I find the HP rating of vehicle as I wish to fit a fuel system computer/manager? not to many TD4 down here in Oz.
