Hi all, Just brought a Disco 2 td5. First LR I've owned and love it. first question, fuel pump runs up to pressure when the ignition key is turned to ignition and then stop once fuel pressure to the pump is acheived. this is a correct?

Hi, it's not about pressure cos there is no pressure sensor on the Td5's fuel delivery system, there is a timer in the ECU for that, the pump should run 3 minutes with ignition on II then stop if the engine was not cranked... you can find all the info in the WSM, download this Workshop manual.pdf
