Ok, I'm stumped, I am trying to fit a three gauge pod somewhere in my Disco 1, for such a relatively large vehicle, I just cannot find somewhere suitable that still allows for easy viewing. Has anyone out there solved this problem?

A-Piler with the cheep universal A-Piler gage pod from auto Zone .

It think it's the one that you can change it's shape at the end with a heat gun so it would sit nice and flush with your a-piler .

Rice spiting, bomble beer mufler sounding, abnoctions rich fuel spiting Honda kids are geting those for thier 89 civics and crap :) .

I think they cost like $20 and they are dual and sinle , So you can probly do that .

EDIT: also looks cool for the passanger of the car next to you on the high way . Means that you are not playoing around LOL.

what kind of guages do you have in mind? i want to add some stuff like tranny temp, oil presure, and accual coolant temp. im tired of that lame temp guage that stays in the middle 5 minutes after start up no matter how hard im driving, the cooling system cant be that good.

Think I got it figured out, I have a three gauge pod, and electrical water temp, oil pressure and volt meter. I'm gonna mount the pod upside down and attach it to the center where I think the sunroof controls go, I dont have a sunroof. Will require a bit of trimming on the pod, but I think it will work just fine. And as all the gauges are electrical, I can run the wires inside the headliner and down the A pillar to the engine compartment. Will try to figure out how to post piccies once the job is finished.

Disco posted some pictures a while back of some gauges he mounted in one of his trucks - you should check them out, as they turned out quite well...

Good luck!
