so my series III has a sound chassis, but the paint on it's getting a little bad. Whats the best stuff for protecting it? I've herd of this "waxol" stuff, but i think its too expensive. Is there any bitumen type stuff i could use?

if you aree going to strip the chassis to paint it then I would paint it with POR 15, you can get it at some auto part stores, it's the perfect paint for frames and such, Waxoyl it a protective sealer and alot of money, this would be good to do after you paint the chassis to help seal the under carrige and body shell later on -Andy
