Hi, I think I have asked you this on another site but if i haven't then I will greatly appreciate some information.I have a 2006 Discovery 3 HSE with rear air and I am dropping headliner down to replace sunroof glass and frame.I have got as far as Top C Pillar Trim and I cannot find how to remove this as I feel it is attached to rear air ducting, any help would be fantastic.I have a workshop manual but it doesn't address rear air pillar clips.

I had mine out not too long ago. IIRC, you have only one fastener beneath that triangular beauty plate that pops off, then you just wrestle the piece off. It was easier to get back on than I expected, rear air and all.

Thanks for reply. Do you mean that piece that has the Torx screw behind it?I've undone that but it seems pretty fixed to the window side when pulling on it, felt I was going to snap it and does the duct come with it when wrestling?The easier back on sounds a relief!

Again I’m going off of memory, but at least it was recently!

I only recall removing the one screw. Mine was a Phillips head which I thought was peculiar. If yours is a torx, I assume mine is not original lol.

yes, I believe the ducting was fixed to the back of the pillar shroud, and there was much upward/downward and gyrational movement to detach it
