OK - This might be just plain silly but.....When I got my RRC I noticed the headrests were "floppy" and were always leaning backwards...thus non-functional....I also noticed that every pix I saw of other RRC had the same symptom. So I figured this was just the way it is. However, to fix this issue and make the headrests, nice and tight all you need to do is take the leather off them by seperating the plastic holders on the bottom, then using a 10mm wrench (spanner :D ) tighten them up! Just something I thought I would share.
