Hereyou go guys....figured you would get a kick out of this....

Heater core has been bypassed since I got the rig in June...started tearing into it tonight at the shop....

Got MUCH more done tonight than I anticipated...have the new core fitted in the heater box...tomorrow we'll button it all back up....

All the pics are detail...HERE if you want ALL the details.

I'm looking at similiar job on a 1991 RRC.

The lower speeds stopped working on the blower and I suspect it's those resistors inside the motor.

My Haynes manual has the process broken into 7-9 sections spread over 3 different areas due to wide range of model years (1970-1992). So the 1991 version gets short changed. I can't really tell what is needing to be done although I know its a mess.

YOUR Pictures tell a 1000 words and look down right Scary !!!

Did you find a good description of the process ? Where ?

Thanks
