Anyone else have this problem? the auto heat and air seems to work fine while driving but when I am sitting at a red light the air gets cold within a few seconds. then when I start up it starts to warm up again 01 D2

Sounds like low coolant.

Yeah that is probably what it is. it is a little low (qt maybe) it just doesnt seem like that would make it that drastic. thanks

I agree it's likely low on coolant. While a quart doesn't seem like much, thats that much more room for air to go to the highest point in the system and impede circulation.
