I own a 96 Disco SE (all stock) and i went off-roadin through some trails the other day and ever since then ive been havin a funky vibration when i step on the brakes accompanied with a funky sound...to be as descriptive as possile, imagine hearin a tub drain while standin outside of the bathroom and the vibration feels like im draggin somethin underneath but ive checked the undercarriage numerous times and nothing! everything looks normal...i washed the car and took all the mud out (or so i think) and it still does it...Any ideas????...PLEASE HELP!

THANKS!!...i just read up on that though and i think if the rotoflex were shot it would be a constant vibration even while driving...the car runs fine, its just when i brake that the vibration kicks in...i doubt i have any kind of debri stuck between the pad and the disc because w/e it is would have been heated to smithereens by now....right?...ill look into the rotoflex anyway, maybe im wrong...DUDE..THANKS!!...but please keep those suggestions commin!!

Check to make sure there is no mud stuck on the caliper. Also, make sure that the securing pins for the brake pads are all there. How about the rotors, maybe they are warped? I remember reading something about mud not letting the rotors cool off....just a long shot!
