I'm hoping this is the right place to introduce myself.
My husband and I live in Santa Barbara, and we just bought a gently used 2011 LR4, while we were shopping for a Range Rover. The Land Rover had more seats, and it has so many extra features, we fell in love with it. We probably will only go off road during the dealer-sponsored excursions, which I have dubbed, "drumming up repair business".
We have a '98 Lexus LS400, an '02 MBZ SLK320, and we had an'87 VW Westphalia, that the LR4 is replacing.
We also have a Cessna 182 RG, which we do take off road (dirt strips).
