using the same username (my real name) as on the other fora. My 95 110 300tdi is getting older, but as I will never sell it that's no problem. I mean, why swop a well-made machine with a galv chassis and a usable back seat for a standard Solihull item? I really have had no problems in 205k (128k miles) still with the original water pump, p/s pump, vacuum pump, injector pump, turbo. Clutch master cylinders don't seem to last though. Clutch recently changed because I was worried about the fork wearing through. It was perfectly good!
All other changed stuff is 'consumables' like disks and pads. Rings changed a while back after a K&N filter stuffed the bores up. Those who live in dusty areas like me take note.... Cheers Jim
