Over the weekend I managed to replace my Radiator, Fan with Clutch and Serpentine Belt. Flushed and put 50/50 coolant. I had to opening the Air filter housing, MAF. Since I opened up the Throttle Valve decided to spray and clean (may be i didn't clean enough)

Now the idle is running little high and fan is making little more noise (whoosh) than the stock fan I had before. Any explanation? It's the low speed issue on the hwy it seems ok.

Will appreciate any suggestion.

Did you clean out your idle air control valve? If you just sprayed carb cleaner into the TB you could have dislodged a piece of gunk that's now causing the IAC to stick. Pull the IAC and spray it with carb cleaner until you hear/see it spin freely. You'll be surprised by how dirty it is.
