Has this happened to anyone?

The injector went bad on my 2016 Land Rover Range Rover, washed down the cylinder, and caused this problem. Rover has had this same problem damaging cylinders. There's a known issue since 2010 that those injectors cause problems in the cylinders. When the injector goes bad it starts pouring excess gas into the cylinders and washes all the oil off the walls and causes damage to the engine leading to crack in engine due to the rapid temperature change.
