Oh lord that would be a lot of work!Generally what people will do is get all of the parts shipped over here and then rebuild it to new, which is probably what this person did.
I wonder how often thats done...You could get a good series vehicle for about $3k. Shipping????No idea. Being most series vehicles are nearing the magic number year wise it is a possibility. Totaly legal.
