My 1989 '90 td has a country man hard top, which I plan to take off for the summer, I'm assuming it's just a matter of un bolting it, but my only concern is the fact that the front seat belts are attached to it.
Is there a facility to mount these elsewhere, or do I need a metal roll bar to attach them to?
Part of my reason for doing this appart from wanting a convertable is so I can get it in my garage, as it is too tall with the hard top on. Where are all the fixings holding the top on?
