Hi. I'm evaluating the purchase of a 2007 LR3 HSE. I noticed the vehicle is missing the retracting cargo cover. I've never seen one but I know some manufacturers' solutions work better than others. Do you guys like the cargo cover? Is it easy to use and stable? Does it mount in different positions? I've found some on sale on eBay for $250 to $350. I sometimes would like to keep the vehicle's contents out of sight, but I could also use a blanket! Thanks.

It's useful I have one on my d2 I wouldn't not buy the vehicle if it didn't have it which is what I believe your trying to ask(even though you don't say that) it's useful at time keeps things out of sight and the sun

I don't use it much, most of the time it has spent standing in a corner in the garage. There is one for sale in the classifieds.

I don't know why people trade / sell their vehicles and sell off the bits.

Yes, it's useful. In addition to the obvious it also bridges the gap between the seats when they are folded flat.

I use mine all the time. The only time it comes out of the truck is when I have all four of my kids in and we have to use the third row seats.

I like mine. It does a good job hiding junk. (and sometimes valuables). My only complaint is that you have to move it to another location in the cargo area when using the 3rd row. It would be nice if that wasn't required, somehow.

Awesome, thanks everyone for your feedback. I will confirm to make certain that the seller does not have it sitting around in their garage, then look to Classifieds or Craigslist to replace. Many thanks!
