is there some kind of custom air intake container?

I just bought an 05 range rover. Well after I bought it I took it to the shop to get checked out and the mechanic noticed the air intake container that holds the air filter was missing the lower half of the container and the air filter was just sitting there! I have learned now the owner upgraded the headlights to 06 sport headlights and now the original container does not fit. Now that can't be good right? So my ? Is can someone please help me with any ideas where I can buy a modified container or what some other people did on theirs with the same setup thank you in advance
