Hey all, My 2001 LR disco had the engine grenade on me. I know that these engines had the sleeve issues so now I am searching for something tough, 4x4 and off road capable for around $4500. I was wanting to run far from the LR scene but then I was wondering if there is another model that actually has a fantastic engine, will seat 7 and is tough as nails, aluminum body panels etc. Please help me out as we need something fast and I knew you guys would be able to tell me straight up if there is something . LR3 se 7 V8's 2005-2007 high mile ones you can get for about $7K

Its funny my DII did the same thing and I am actually looking at LR3s. lol
This would be a great replacement that is if you can add a bit more in your budget.
