so I've spent the last few hours hunting down a mechanic who really, truly does work on rovers. Oddly enough my Schwans delivery lady recommended this place and I called and told him what my rover was doing and he gets it - YEA!!! Now to get it towed there and fixed for good (is there really such a thing?)
On another note - I was also trying to find someone to work on my Suzuki Samurai's transmission and I actually got told that it may be to expensive and I should just turn it into a lawn ornament. We here are all rover fanatics - but hello . . . you don't disrespect a good, hard working 4x4 - the guy probably drives an "SUV" that's a front wheel drive no less.
