That was my first D1, 97 SE7.. the GF was driving it a little fast (45-50) on a dirt road with some pretty heavy rain, she hit a few pot holes that started the truck fishtailing, it flipped completely around but was still upright, and then we dropped off the edge of the road and thats when it went over, rolled it a good 4 times according to the guy behind us. Pulled it upright, reset the fuel cut off and it started right up.
Damage, the Disco-well insurance totalled it and we made a bundle!!!
People damage, well, there was three of us in the car, I was the only fool not wearing my seatbelt. the other two walked away with scratches, I compound fractured my wrist and compression fractured 2 vertebrae in my back, that along with lung contusions etc...
Took about 9 months to get back in the saddle, always wear the seatbelt now, cause I know at some point I'll roll another one, and I want to be able to walk away from it....
:D

and the blonde.. she the model on roverporn.com, hahaha, just kidding, her and her husband are good friends, even if they dont have a Rover.

I had an uncle of mine disconnect the links on his Lifted Tahoe sport, and it is a scary experience especially while turning on an on ramp doing about 40 mph, feels like rolling, but never does.

I don't mind the ride in my truck without the sways! I got used to it I guess from driving my 89RRC that didn't even come with any from the factory!

Anyway I don't mind how it rides, because of the positive gains offroad from removing them. Just need to realise your driving a truck not a sports car.

Yeah, I pulled the rear sway bar a while ago, I was really nervous about it, thinking I would have a lot of wander and roll, however, I honestly cant tell the difference without it.
But keep in mind, I dont drive the Discos like race cars, I slow down for turns on the freeway and around town anyway... so maybe thats why I dont notice. But I regularly tool along at 75mph on straitaways with no issue.
