Turn ignition on and make sure that all the warning lamps associated to existing equipment are working on self test, e.g. if it has ACE the lamp should do the self test and so on for SLS, etc, see attachment, if you know it has a system but the warning doesnt show up it means it's a fault present and the warning was blanked to hide that
