Okay, I've been down the sunroof leaking road before. It sucks.
I had everything draining well but then disaster strikes and my wife sees water coming from the passenger side roof.
Okay, so I do as advised and pull down the headliner and investigate both side of the front drains. These are clear. I pour water down and the drivers side works great but the passenger side, the drain hole and tube work but the tray just leaks as if there is a gap or crack in that corner or area near where the drain hole is located. It's not cracked tubing because I checked that and it happens prior to where the drain and tubing connect. It's just with the position of the sunroof, I just can't see anything.
Does anyone have experience with this failure mode?
