Left Han window will not set

I have a RR 2002 HSE and I keep getting a LH window not set warning. I have tried to open and close to reset it but with no luck. Also, when the window is closed it sounds like the motor keeps operating after the window is fully closed.

Any suggestion, ideas, fixes
