Ok so my plains to get the TF shocks and med springs(I don't have anything extra yet) I do plan on getting a new bumper and winch in the near future. My question is if I get heavy duty springs in anticipation of the new equip will my lift be higher without anything in the mean time. If it is will it affect my driving?

First, I am not a big T.F. based on how they hold up. That being said, I don't think a medium duty will handle you bumper and winch, you really should stay H.D.
Yes you will, with a medium duty set even till the modifications are made then you will be nose low.
Good luck what ever you do and post picture before and after sometime.
