Is there a light for under the hood compartment?? I looked and cant find it any 1 help me out>> 95 disco 3.9 lv-8 epson green For Checking oil,fluids

No light came from Rover, but you can get them at an auto parts store and wire one in.

My Discovery came w/ a light. . .

My under-hood light is near the rear of the hood on the drivers side. (96). If yours doesn't have one, they are easy enough to install. Good Luck, LRWheelman

Just a suggestion, but a better alternative is to get a "head light" the type you wear on your head. That way you can direct the light to where you want it, it doesn't cast shadows in your engine bay (usually where you want to work/check), and you can wear it for under the vehicle for inspections/repairs etc.

I used an aftermarket Dome light from Autozone. Nice and bright.
A friend used the one which came with some Chevy pickup trucks. Has a reel built in to detach the light and move it around, then just crank the wire back in to replace. I'm not fond of chevies, but it's a pretty cool light.
