Any advice will be appreciated. Does the suspension fault not clear if the parking brake fault is uncleared? Suspension will lower and maintain ride height at normal but will not raise to off road height either manual or with internal toggle.

There are many kinds of suspension faults. You'll need to get that read and determine what the nature of it is.
