Guys, does anybody know how to deal with wind noise seems from the windshield driver side LR4? Sounds like whistle, comes up ~ 60km/h and last to ~ 90km/h, not sure if it completely disappears because of normal road noise at higher speed ... Cross wind is a factor, but not always from the same direction.
I've been in a LR service a dozen on times. With all respect they tried hard: replaced all driver door seals and adjusted the door, tried to tape the windshield/door/mirror, tested with smoke and air leak detectors - noise is still there. Anybody can help?
Thanks you in advance,
KVK

Replaced both A pillar plastic covers, noise still there. Taped all driver side with masking tape, was driving around the block , noise is still there, taped door handle and mirror noise disappeared, finally when I had undone tape from mirror found noise was coming from the mirror. Not sure how it gets through the mirror inside the car , tried to fold mirrors on the run , noise almost disappearing when mirrors folded. Don't see anything wrong with mirror, no cracks or so. Called to LR dealer , will see what they can do about it.

We have exactly the same problem in our 2005 Disco4... has been into the local dealership four times and they have not been able to find out the cause.

Replace the left pillar Cowl or the Clips underneath it. Check for fit over the rail on the roof. Probably check your engine intake cowl for warp over the air intake at the same time. Consider replacing all three.
