I busted a radiator hose on my 2005 LR3. I drove it one block to a garage and they replaced the hose. The next day I drove it 25 miles and I got a "decreased power" warning and it started missing. I took it to a shop and they found #5 cylinder was mis-firing. They kept the truck and replace all the plugs and wires and (2) coils as that is all they had in stock. I picked it up and within 10 miles I got the "decreased power" warning and it began missing. I took it back to the shop and they said the miss had traveled to #4 then to #7 . They kept the truck for a week and finally gave up saying it was mechanical. The motor is probably shot. Does this make any sense? Is there something that I can look for? The closest LandRover shop is 200 miles away and I hate to drag it there to have them declare it junk. Can I get some help please?
