If the CO is too high, an oil change can help. What's it doing? Is the Check Engine light on? What year is it? Are you in the US?

what makes you think emissions too high? many things you can check. pvc, o2 sensor, maf list goes on. if it's because you failed an emissions, which part did you fail?
