I'm looking for brake part called proportioning or metering valve that supplies stopping power to both front and back wheels. It must fit Series III Land Rover.

What is commonly referred to as a proportioning valve is a Pressure Reducing Valve. They were fitted to reduce the pressure to the rear brakes to stop the rears locking up. I do not believe they were fitted to Series Land Rovers, but were fitted to the early Range Rovers.

There was a PDWA valve fitted to the Series Land Rovers. This puts in a dual circuit system that means that the front brakes will still work it you break a rear hose and visa versa.
