Could someone live in SF Bay Area rent me a 3 Amigo error code reader? I have a 2000 discovery II currently has 3 Amigo error code on. The auto shop want to charge me $2xxx to replace the entire ABS modulator what they claim that they can not put on a used one because the computer won't recognize. I checked that the resistor value between pin 6 and pin 9 of the modulator harness is OK which probably indicates the valve switch and circuit board inside my modulator works fine. So now I get confused what could be wrong and want to scan the error code. If someone in bay area could rent me one, I can pick up myself. Thanks very much. :angel
