Hi y'all, I am new to the Land Rover community and just purchased a 1996 Discovery I. I need all the help I can get sadly.... The cosmetic issues and wiring malfunctions of lights, radio, dash, etc. can all be overlooked but I found myself broken down after driving for an hour and stopping for gas. I turned the ignition on and it wouldn't start, the oil indicator light came on... After a long cool down period of several hours, it started and ran... Any thoughts? Oil was just changed and I was told it could be a possible problem with the crank shaft sensor? I appreciate you all for taking the time to read this and any help at all would be great.
