I replaced all wheel cylinders on vehicle as well as the brake master. Brake fluid is clear right through. Pedal height correct. Wheel adjustment correct. Still no pressure. This vehicle has no brake servo.

Is the brake pedal solid or spongy ? If it is solid, how much travel is therefore before it becomes solid ? If spongy, can you achieve a solid pedal by repeatedly pressing the pedal several times in quick succession ?
