Found the problem it was a bad switch. That was the first thing I replaced but apparently the first replacement was bad as well.
no rear defrosting
Ive checked the connections in the back and ive got voltage on the passenger side but none on the drivers. I cant find any pinched wires. Ive got power at the switch but the switch doesnt light up. When I press the switch I can hear a click coming from somewhere around the fuse panel.
