Off Road Adventures in BC
Hi,
If any of you are planning vacation time in British Columbia, Canada, you and your Land Rover might want to join us for one of our off road outings. We have 3 events remaining this year:
August 29 - September 4, Yanks Peak/Wells/Barkerville. Join us to drive up to Quesnel area of Central BC and explore the areas many off road opportunities. We will camp at a base camp near Wells, about 70 KM (45 miles) east of Quesnel and take day trips to various local offroading adventures. No charge, but you must supply all your own camping gear, vehicle, license/insurance, first aid supplies, fuel and food. You will be able to leave early if you cannot stay the entire week.
September 25-26, Okanagan. We will explore back roads and trails in the Okanagan region of BC. No charge, but you must supply all your own camping gear, vehicle, license/insurance, first aid supplies, fuel and food.
October 9-10, Northwest Challenge. Each year the Challenge moves from Washington to Oregon to BC. This year it is in BC. This 2 day event is kept under close wraps and will be a challenge for entrants typically from all over the Pacific Northwest. Suffice it to say that you must have a mechanically sound, tough, short wheelbase truck to compete in the challenge.
