[Black Magic]

I just got my Disco 3 weeks ago, and it is time to change all the fluids. Unfortunately it does not have the owners manual in it so I do not know what grade are meant to be in it! I am in ohio, USA. I have read that one should use "MD75" in the manual transmission - is this available in the US, if so where?

What should go in the diffs, transfercase, manual transmission, and engine (157k miles)?

Any special radiator flush then antifreeze should be used?
