Can I use 20/50 semi synthetic oil in a 1989 3.5 efi running on lpg :)

Do a google search on caltex lubricants.Good main site with most vecicles listed and what is factory recommended.Sorry I don,t have the exact address but it is a good site

20/50.. sure that is what I use in my 4.2 but it never gets really cold here in California.. all depends on your climate....

The idea of using synthetic oil in your older engine is a little questionable, only because with all your older seals and gaskets you do stand a chance of a few new leaks. As for the engine it would help it by cleaning up alot of old gum and varnish.
