When I replaced my oil separator it became obvious that someone may have tried to do so before, successfully or not, and damaged the tube it resides in. It has bite marks from pliers and rough edges. Is it possible to get a replacement tube?
Also, which direction is it supposed to be inserted. My had to open end facing up, but I have seen pictures with the closed end (the end with just a small hole in it) facing up.
