its called..."Upgrades...FINALLY" well...where do you reside and how often do you go off-road....if you are occasional like me ( once to three times a month ) you can use the 10-40...my rover is my daily driver and i do a lot of stop and go drivin and that oil serves me FINE. I like Quakerstate, use it on all of my cars and previous cars.
