Has anyone put Bosch oxygen sensors in a '96 D1 with coilpacks/no distributor? The dealer says ERR 1834 is the correct part and that they are NTK sensors, not Bosch. Since I'm used to installing Bosch 4 wire O2 sensors in other vehicles, I just want to know if Bosch can be used in a Disco. Thanks in advance for any comments.

There is a 4-wore Nissan sensor some people have used, but i dont have the part number... I dont really see a reason the Bosch sensor will not work, but I've never omed one out....

Do a search on Dweeb. I think there was a post about it a long while back. Or you can repost, get flamed, but still get the information. Your choice.

If you need to buy OEM O2 sensors, call Nathan at Discount Rover, I think he is the cheapest.

I have had the nissan bosch sensor in my 96 for the last 50,000 miles. Absolutley no problems!!!!

Comparing apples to mailboxes. Bosch standard 4-wire sensor will not work on a GEMS Rover. Bosch Rover, sure, but not GEMS.
