So here goes.................

I am British.
I drive a British Land Rover.

I saww that a British parts company could give me dramatic price reductions on some parts.

The prices including delivery were excellent and represented a saving of over 50% to equivalent suppliers.

I placed my order, nearly 6 weeks ago, after 5 phone calls and several prommises of delivery dates and tracking numbers for couriers etc.... I was finally told this morning that I should be patient and the order will leave the warehouse by the end of this week..............

Thank you for your excellent customer service Paddock spares.

I am sure I would like to reccomend you to my fellow LR enthusiasts on the Land Rovers only Forum.

If anyone would like to have any further info on how to get treated like a real customer just give them a call.

Rant over, and parts now en-route via another supplier. details will be supplied after successfull delivery has been performed.
