Me again.. If itake out the whole tube can I clean it out with some parts cleaner or should I just blow air through it let me know

I believe yours is actually a filter. I would look at trying to get another one. My pcv valve is just a air passage(96 disco). It is most likely inexpensive. Check a rover parts place, or dealer. If you have air able to pass through it with no problems, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it was totally blocked I would worry. BTW air should flow easiely.
