My radiator leaking from Top screw. I saw some post about sealing with slow-set JB weld. I did that for temporary fix and ordered a radiator. My 2001 Disco has 60k mileage on. I never had any problem with the cooling system.

I am thinking to replace the water pump, hoses, T-stat, belt. They are all original never been changed. The waterpump bolts look very rusty. I feel i need to replace those since I will be opening up the whole front.

anyone recommend getting this water pump? WATER PUMP

I have not ordered anything from either of those suppliers so I cannot comment on their products or service. I recently replaced my water pump with an aftermarket from British parts of Utah that came with a 3 year warranty and am satisfied. I've also order parts, especially the small things like nuts and bolts from both Rovers North and Atlantic British. Have no complaints about any of them except the shipping prices can be high from the latter two especially. Also, if you are ordering small things like bolts, make sure they are in stock when you make the order. Otherwise you could end up waiting weeks for shipment.

@columbiar. How hard was to change the Water pump? did you have to take the fan out? My bolts are rusted. was it hard to remove those bolts? would you suggest that I replace them?

It was not a difficult job with help from the RAV and this forum. The hardest part was getting the old gasket material off without gouging the front cover.

I am no expert, but if the bolts have significant rust, it's not expensive to replace them.
