My 2018 Discovery's volume is frozen. I can't move the volume up or down. I can change the radio station, change to the iphone, etc. I just can't change the volume. I called landrover and they said when you turn the car off, the radio will reset itself and should work. It's been two weeks of turning my car off and on and it still is frozen. Help.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery overnight? If the volume doesn’t adjust from steering wheel or radio control, then I wouldn’t suspect the switches.

What do you mean by switches? Do you mean the volume buttons? I can't control the volume from the steering wheel or the knob, so I can see how it isn't the volume button itself.
I have not disconnected the battery. I pulled out the fuse in the load fuse box to try and do a hard reboot. I looked for a system update. Nothing has worked. I can unhook the battery...just have to read up on how to do it. Thanks for your help.

In reference to Kshapira post - did you ever get your "frozen" radio resolved?
I ask because, my 2018 Discovery is doing the exact same thing. I'm trying to solve it myself without having to go to the dealership again. I'm tired of going to the Land Rover dealership to get things fixed all the time.

I did get it fixed, but my Land Rover had to go in for service for something else and they had to disconnect the battery so it fixed it. My Land Rover is doing it AGAIN and now I need to figure out how to disconnect the battery. so frustrating.
