My good friend and supreme Jaguar mechanic had to replace his fuel pump in his 1991 Range Rover. He recognized the pump after he pulled because it resembled the same pumps he uses when he converts Jaguars from carburated to fuel injection. And last night he confirmed the pump is even stamped AC Delco on the bottom.
You can by the equivalent pump by going to you local parts store and asking for a 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier fuel pump. He said the Berreta or Cavalier or late 80s model Chevrolet should be the same pump. He said in most cases the wires will need to be crimped to get the correct spade adapters on the pump but it's a straight across swap.
