Range rover is not going anywhere p0722

hello everyone im new to working on new rovers. im getting a code of p0722 ill shift into gear and it doesnt go anywhere but runs good. tried swithing out the speed sensor on the transfer case but did nothing. sensor was used but i dont know what the specs are to test it with a ohm better. anyone have this problem? the vehicle is a rangerover HSE callaway 1999. any ideas?
