I am looking to purchase a 1990 2.5 TDI Vogue from a local UK dealer.
It has 11 months MOT is in pretty good condition with 133kmiles on the clock. The tail gate has some rust - it's all intact and pretty solid.
No rust on the front of the car with a small amount on the rear out side qtr.
He was asking £2,500 but has agreed £2,250.
I want it to tow and launch a 1000kg boat on a single axle trailer. I use my X type to tow at the moment - the car has no problem towing it's just the launching that restricts the locations that I can use.
Any advice would be of great value as I know very little about RR's.
