Looking for advice on what make and what supplier for intake manifold gaskets others have used.

Curious as to what make is most reliable and whether others are buying individual gaskets or kits.
Need to do my 2002 4.0l with s.a.i. And also my 2004 4.6l again with s.a.i.
Other than valley pan and upper plenum gaskets what other gaskets will I likely need

I just did all of mine with individs' from Oreillys. If you haven't done valve cover gaskets, be sure to get rubber and not cork. You have to do this with the intake removed. I passed on the Victor-Reinz and Beck-Arnley and just used Fel-Pro. As long as the contact surfaces are clean and you then attach the gasket with RTV as recommended, you shouldn't have any problems. If you have problems with the throttle body heater plate, this is also an opportunistic time for updating that with a new kit. You have done the VC gaskets on the 4.6 with SAI, correct? I didn't do the passenger side because I did not want to open the coolant line.

Thanks for your input. I do appreciate your advice and realize that although you are kind of new on this site, you are surely not new to rovers. I recognize your user name from " L.R. forums" glad to have you on here regularly too
I have been an automotive tech. For a little over 30 years and have always liked felpro stuff in general but have not yet used them much on my discos.
The 2002 is a low mileage truck I have only had on the road for about 8 months. Need to do a coil and wire set and figure I will seal things up while I am in there. Will likely do the throttle body plate while it is apart.
2004 is a truck I just picked up a couple weeks ago really cheap, leaking a little coolant , pretty sure it is the rear of the intake. Likely going to fix it up and resell it but want to fix it right.
I'm up in Canada so I will either have to order online or through a local supplier.
