I know this post is old, and you've probably solved the issue. The small round mirrors go on the front fenders, and the rectangular mirrors (which come in two sizes) go on the front door hinges. You would use either/or set up.

I had a 1970 2A with the rectangular mirrors on the door hinges. I'm planning to mount the small round ones on my "new" 1970 2A fenders.

You can get these in USA at Atlantic British or at RoversNorth.com. Probably easily available in UK.
