I went to repace my plugs last night and ran into issue starting with #2 plug. Took it out and can't get it a new one or the one I took out back. Can't even get one thread in.

The big issue came with I gave up and tried the rest on that side. 6 and 4 were no issues but 8, I was having problems getting the plug wire off and then ended up pulling the wire apart. Not finding the proper way to replace the wires in the RAVE manal. A little help please. Am I screwed?

It's a bitch unless you remove the upper plenum, and replace the gasket . Don't forget good 8mm plug wires

Did you get that plug replaced? Some people say it can be done with the plenum on but I did it with the plenum off. No way I could get my hands back there. Go with the 8MM

There was a write up on another fourm on how to do it. Going out to the the truck now to see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.
